Ginseng Events
The Ginseng restaurant can cater for birthdays, special occasions and corporate events as the dining room seats up to 120 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and chefs with excellent culinary skills, we will be able to cater to your functions needs.
Round table (seats 12 guests max)
Lollipop seating (seats 15-16 guests max)
Figure 8 seating (seats 22-24 guests max)
Long Table (seats 24-26 guests max)
Classroom (seats 10-12 guests per table & up to 120 people max)

The team at Ginseng safely welcomes you back from Friday 22 October at restricted capacity, check-ins are mandatory. 20 Seated guests will be allowed in the restaurant.
Please note: Bookings are subject to Victorian Government restrictions being lifted to allow our restaurant to reopen. Bookings will be automatically cancelled in the event that Victorian Government restrictions are extended beyond the booking date which prevent Ginseng from reopening by this date.
